Our mission is to satisfy the needs, expectations and demands of our customers with the best price-quality ratio for products and services, while fulfilling all our obligations. One of our main goals is to maintain and improve good relationships with existing and new suppliers, while establishing new long-term relationships with respect and fulfilling all our obligations. In its system, Panonka Group owns two companies, Panonka Agro and PanVel, through which offers to the market carefully selected products and services from renowned global brands in the field of agriculture and consumer goods. The company currently has around 60 people of various profiles, of which almost 50% have a university degree and all this in order to meet expectations in terms of service and quality.

Brief history:

By entrepreneurial initiative, Uroš Novaković founded the company "Panonka d.o.o.". From the very beginning, we imposed ourselves as a leaders in our field of business. Our first facilities were at the family house in Gornja Gorica.

1991 - 1996 godine
Expansion period of our company, during which our assortment significantly increased. There were established numerous partnerships and cooperation relations with many well-known companies from Serbia, Croatia, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Austria, Germany and Canada. We are successfully cooperating with those companies still today.

1997. godina
The beginning of a new era in our operations. A key year and a milestone. We purchased an attractive piece of land with a surface of 3000m2 in Zabjelo, Podgorica, where we built our administrative and business premises, which shelter the wholesale and retail warehouses, as well as the headquarters of the company. Thanks to this investment we added quality to our business.

The development of the retail network continued with the construction and opening of our third retail premises in Golubovci. In that way, we provided the Zeta valley market with a wide range of of high quality products and top services.

2003 - 2009. godine
We focus on the construction of modern business and residential buildings for the needs of the company, rent and sale on the market. Thus, numerous business buildings were built in attractive locations of Podgorica, Budva, Niksić, Bijelo Polje etc. This period was also characterized by the opening of a company in Serbia and the purchase of a mill and silos in Vojvodina with a storage capacity of approximately 5,000 tons for purchase and processing of cereals. Thanks to our excellent operations, the value of the mill increased several times and it was sold in 2011 to a foreign consortium.

2009 - 2014. godine
The construction boom was followed by a weaker activity in this area. That is why; we focused on the basic agricultural sector, where we recorded a significant growth in sales during that period. In order to provide all our partners with the best possible quality, we have organized our operations in accordance with the international standards ISO9001 and HACCP.

The present CEO Mladen Novaković joined the company and created the new HoReCa sector, which is the fastest growing one in our company. There were also launched the wholesale activities of the agro-sector, food sector and animal equipment sector at the most serious level. Through wholesale, we have daily contact with over 1,000 customers throughout Montenegro, providing them and end users with all that they deserve - quality, expertise, efficiency. In order to improve our services and enhance our operations, we have a fleet of 15 passenger and freight vehicles for the needs of commerce and distribution.
